Olivia Romine, Program Manager, IYC-St. Charles Olivia Romine is the Program Manager at IYC-St. Charles. Her duties include recruiting, training and retaining volunteers at IYC-St. Charles.
Before joining LVI, Romine was a Special Education Teacher and Administrator for thirty years, working in a variety of settings with adults and children. She has been involved with the Jaycees Organization for many years.
Romine holds a B.S. Ed. in Special Education from Western Illinois University and a M. Ed. (Masters in Education) from National Louis University.
